Q: How do I know if a fitting is right for me?​

A: Everyone should be fit, regardless of skill level!  In fact, it has been published many times that high handicap golfers can benefit most from custom fitting. Imagine getting married, would you buy a suit or wedding dress directly off the rack? Of course not! Everyone’s body type and swing are unique to them and it’s our job to tailor your clubs to you!

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Yes. We are appointment based and we believe if you are paying for fitting time, that is your one-on-one time with no distractions!

Q: What should I bring to my fitting?

A: Your current golf clubs, golf glove and clean sneakers or golf shoes.

Q: How long does a fitting take?

A: A full bag fitting will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Driver and Iron fittings individually take approximately 1 hour. 

 

Q:  Do you refund the fitting fee ?

A: We have a large investment committed into our fitting lab. Including: Foresight simulator with club fitting technology, a robust selection of demo clubs and fitting equipment, and overhead of our building. These commitments and obligations unfortunately do not allow us to credit the full fitting fee, however we are pleased to offer a 50% credit of your fitting fee applied to any club purchase.

Q: Do custom fit golf clubs cost more than “off the rack” clubs?

A: The majority of the time at Freedom Golf Lab the cost will be very similar or the same as “off the rack” sets you would find at large retailers. There are instances where there are manufacturer upcharges on premium shafts or grips that may apply.

Q: Do you take trade-ins?

A: More than likely. Age and condition will determine what we can or cannot accept. Trade ins will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Trade value and acceptance will be at the discretion of FGL.

Q: How long will my clubs take to come in?

A: In most cases, barring any manufacturer back orders, it will be approximately 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. As a small locally owned business, we pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service. We will be in communication throughout your entire order process.

 

Q: After a few rounds with my new clubs something just doesn’t feel right. Can I come back in?

A: Absolutely! As a small locally owned company, it is extremely important to us to ensure that we have satisfied customers. If you believe your clubs are not performing up to your expectations within 60 days after you receive them, we ask that you please reach out to us.  We will work to provide the best solution to meet your needs and expectations from your initial fitting.

​​​Q: Do you offer discounts?​

A: Freedom Golf  Lab is proud to offer half price fitting fees for all veteran and active duty military, as well as all first responders! Please use code USA50 at checkout, or receive your discount in store. 

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes, absolutely! They can be purchased here. Please note that Gift Cards can only be redeemed in store at this time. If you are wanting to use your gift card for a fitting fee please reserve without paying when scheduling online and your gift card can be used when you have arrived for your scheduled fitting.
